Village officer elections and proposed changes to the Palmetto Bay Charter will be on the ballot. Proposals to extend term limits from 2 years to 3 years, increase pay for the mayor and council members and attempt to change the rules regulating length of time a lobbyist must abstain from attempting to influence a council member from 4 years to 1 year after contributing to their campaign. There have been recent changes in polling locations including precencts 805 and 820 having moved from Holy Rosary Church to the Village Center off of Old Cutler in the old Burger King compound. Verify your polling location.
