SoBay festival to celebrate arts in the village

Something new is coming to the Village of Palmetto Bay that virtually everyone with the interest in arts, books, theater, movies, and outstanding youth performances should enjoy.
The 1st Annual SoBay Festival of the arts will run February 2-14 and is sponsored by the Deering Estate foundation, Palmetto Bay Village center, TNT, Books & Books, Miami short Film Festival, and area schools magnet programs. Its state purpose is to "promote and produce events and activities that encourage and raise awareness of the literary, performing and visual arts in the South Biscayne (SoBay) community.
